Hi,
I don't know if it's because of the new bug that creates them full, but the only thing I can do with an ammo crate is lug it around for exercise. How am I supposed to open or apply them?

 welcome to the pit

just drag it onto a gun and you get five mags for that gun (either in the merc's or the sector inventory)

i also must have missed the appropriate threads, but would like to know how to create a crate and how to ad mags into a crate...

I also missed this and I have now tried CTRL + SHIFT + A
But instead of having less items in inventory with CTRL + SHIFT + A I end up with more items in sector inventory. It just creates ammo crates out of thin air of ammo types present in sector. when reached 2000 ammo crates in sector I gave up on CTRL + SHIFT + A

 @lucullus: I think that is because of the bug in the latest 1.13. It is already fixed in the source code, but you have to wait for next official update.
