The Mines are now factories but still with a head guy to talk to before income is available. They make the illegal crepaton drugs.

Bruce hangs out in a bar to the north; still in port kip; it's the map with the island weapons factory anyway.

Agent X is on the big island way down south. Not the notebook he needs; computer plus disc plus gdi decoder makes MOC list which is what he needs. Yanni the Hacker in Sheraton will tell you these things if you speak nice.

No more tips... that's quite enough unfair reconnaisance!
