Hi all,

I lost access to my previous login account (blade) and had to register a new account. Haven't been posting on the forums, been lurking. Have played almost all the mods from DL to UC to 1.13, and just installed RR.

JA2, 1.13 Build 2085
RR with NIV patch
Using JA2024.exe to start
Experienced (just to test the waters)
TofG

So far it has been gooooood...very GOOOD!

The new maps are realistic to the setting, the plot convoluted enough to keep me guessing and wanting to know more, and the new items tasty enough to keep me hunting for more.

I'm only on Day 5, at the old Drassen town. The only blip i have s0 far is that i can't seem to find the last(?) enemy on the last town square, it looks likes a reservoir setting. Is this a bug?

Have been reading through the threads, know there are some kinks to be ironed out, but still, this is a great mod.

thanks lockie,

saw your reply after i just cleared the place. there were 2 enemies hiding inside the grid areas! Had to throw grenades in to knock them out first..

wow, on Experienced lvl, and day 9 a bunch of 25 elites took out my 20 blue militia without hardly a scratch!

Just realised im playing on Expert instead Mad

The elites keep hitting me at the first town (old Drassen) keeping my squads pinned in. Lost the Airfield and the sq south of it, but defended the mine with 2 mercs cloistered in the central warehouse type building. Not sure about the old molotov cocktails, but the ones here are wham bam kazam...have set up a trap at the area outside the warehouse in case i'm pinned in, remote detonator on TNT with 2 molotov coctails on each side. Tested it..whoo..blanket fire on the whole area..haha.

Got the SAM site and also the pilot, so the NE section secured (for now).

I did a test. Went back to Max to try to get the PBS without being shot at. Recruited the commander instead. Then from out of his sight i threw a mustard gas grenade where max was, all the towns except for 3 became red (hostile), including the sector I was in. Then i threw a molotov cocktail, and on the second one i threw, Ilya the commander who i recruited, became hostile and started shooting at me!

The dynamics of this game very intriguing. Have half a mind to carry on playing from here, even the old Drassen town i control the loyalty also dropped to 30 percent. Could become a bandit instead of a mercenary, ha.

But yeah, need a spolier or solution..how can i get the PBS without being fired upn!?

getting CTDs now. It began after i loaded installed hotfix1 and addition1. Was trying to fix the part where I cant seem to pass the chest to Dante. Now even right clicking on any one's protrait CTDs.

Not sure if i did anything in the wrong order. My installation order-

JA2
JA 1.13 build 2085
RR
NIV no change to XML editors patch (up to here no probs)
Hotfix1 and addition1
