Ok, I have read around on JA2guides and it appears that the new inventory comes with 1.13. I have upgraded to 1.13 and am playing RR. It doesn't look like something took effect. Is there something I can do to fix this or am I gonna have to re-install and start over. I have gotten about 1/3 way through the game and didn't want to start over.

I believe it's in the options menu, to select new inventory.

But it gives you the option in the beginning when you select difficulty and lots of guns...

I did....I selected expert and tons of guns....I am getting the new guns and added game features but don't see the way to use a backpack and get all the other pockets

It's another choice I believe "new or old inventory" a box you have to check on the same page as difficulty and lots of guns...

Did your IMP come with a backpack or vest?

If not then you probably didn't check "New" under "Inventory Sytem" when you started your game (it's a separate item from the others). You can only choose it when beginning a new game.

Hi...

I just started playing last night and I have a similar problem...

My initial IMPs come with the LBE harness, but the inventory is the old one...

I am looking at the initial game settings screens and as I recall from 1.13 the inventory option is in the lower left corner. Mine is blank...

Edit: Started using RR_ja2_2124 and it's there... Love the game!
