Hi guys and girls (possibly) out there.

Quick question i cant seem to be able to find head miners/or plant managers now in uc ive liberated calisto and sheraton and cant find them ive searched the mine/plant sectores high and low and they just seem to be missing so im stuck with 0 daily income and have to scavange money and sell stuff just to hire 1 merc :diabolical: (talk about making it more difficult then it is)

Any one had this problem or has any ideas to fix it.

Yes i know im scraping every dime i find in every sector got excited by a 10 buck wallet (yea i know) i hit bank first i kind like this makes it even more of a challenge im up to single handedly attacking towns with my custom merc while the free ones just act as mules.

So I see that I'm not the only that has had this problem; I noticed another thread about a fix for it for the 1.13 version. However I haven't been able to get the hybrid to work so I'm playing the original for the first time (and loving it btw)

Is there any solution to this? I read about the 'visit D13 first' idea a bit too late, and I may have accidently popped up at some other factory sector before going to Calisto (I took a wrong turn on the subway early on, running from all the people trying to kill my barely armed IMP b/c I didn't know at the time that subways were a no-no for the early game).

I'd hate to have to load from before that time, b/c that would mean starting over.. but there's clearly no manager in Calisto now. Will all the other factories be lost as well? I can deal with one less factory, but if they're all going to lack managers now I guess I will start over.
