 I've heard that there is an arms dealer somewhere in drake, but I can't seem to find him/her after scouring all the sectors. Which sector is he/she in?

 The Drake Arms Dealer is only in UC-1.13 Hybrid (both NAS and non-NAS). Check the beach sector.

 afaik drake is san mona - if i'm not wrong on that there were two mercheants in 'vanilla'-uc

 The way I see it:

Atremo = Omerta (nice anagram Wink)
Calisto = Drassen
Sheraton = Chitzena
Port Kip = San Mona
Troy = Alma
Galileo = Cambria
Drake = Grumm
Gotham = Estoni
Adrian = Meduna

For some reason, Danubia's structure is similar to Arulco
