I installed 1.13 the other day, and suddenly IMPed in my vanilla install stopped working because it couldn't find the IMP.dat file anymore. It appears that IMPed alters the IMP.dat file only in the most recent install of JA2. Since 1.13 didn't have an IMP.dat, IMPed couldn't find it. So to use IMPed in the vanilla install, I just have to swap IMP.dat in and out of the new install to the vanilla install. In case anyone else has been having a similar problem (which could occur on a new install for a mod like Urban Chaos as well), that's what's going on.
