Under certain circumstances when losing secured airspace the Drop Off Location can be forced to sector P16 (or possibly other inaccessible sectors) which is inaccessible. This wouldn't be a problem if you could move the drop off location again but you can't. It seems you cannot even interact with these sectors to pick up the drop off location marker to move it. Since they are inaccessible there is no easy way to successfully call in mercenaries anymore.
