I'm playing with the latest patch and encounter something new.
In my current game I took over the west SAM and 80% of Grumm at the start of the game. A few days later I get the message that I suddenly lost the airspace I had acquired, but I still a full complement of militia at my captured SAM. The airspace display showed that the airspace I had controlled a lighter color red then the rest of the map. Is this a new feature I overlooked? I tried looking around for an answer but no luck.

a lighter color? what version are you playing? I just started a new game on 7991 and I have yet to conquer Grumm but it sounds like they've implemented something new... sounds fishy lol maybe something mobile? like mobile AA?
post a pic or two to get what you mean.
