Title says it all. Never had an issue with JA2 + 1.13 in the past. But I did just update to Windows 10 several months ago, booted up JA2 w/ the latest Depri patch and now my game is running really slow and my mouse is very laggy. Anyone know of a fix ?

Try the windows 8 fix located in the docs folder.

I had this same problem a few weeks ago. Try running the ini editor. Then turning window mode to "true" . Then turn play intro to false. Then click on JA2.exe file and click properties, then reduce color mode to 16 bit. That did it for me.. Hope this helps. GL

Cool - a combo of both of these seemed to help. Its still a tad choppy but tolerable. Thanks
