Hi everybody! I am playing with the latest SCI (8345 in-game display, 8347 in folder) and many times when I tried to move all items in a sector to a secure location (usually some bathroom I use for single-merc sector defence) by pressing Shift+M, it actually removes all items. They disappear from the sector map and on the inventory map view the sector is blank. This doesn't happen every time, but it appears that once a sector decided to behave this way, saving/loading does not fix it. And neither does restarting the game altogether.

Probably you are stuffing them in a container. Considering most of the bathrooms have one or more cabinets, it's very likely. Use cheat mode (CTRL+G) then show all items (ALT+E) to show hidden items. Or just try to open containers.

My apologies, I reported this one too quickly. What happened was that the merc who was moving the items cannot see the items on his own tile until he walks away and turns around. It seems to work, not perfectly though. The items are moved to the location loss-free, but cannot be picked up there. When trying to pick of from that location, the "hand" cursor has no list of items on mouse over and when you manually select to pick items up from there, you pick up some random items, but don't get the drop-down selection you should get.

well, you have 2 solutions
1. short term - place them on different title
2. long term - post save on forum, so devs can look at it, and posibly fix something, like not showing drop down menu, but others are totaly ok, like stuffing them at container. just open and be happy.
