| Can't shoot with Burst/Auto sometimes[message #349965]

I've been having an issue where, if I'm using Burst or Auto fire modes, I sometimes can't confirm the shot. It seems to happen more than half the time. I can sometimes make my merc fire if I do the mouse-drag confirmation to attack multiple spots, but it usually doesn't work if I drag over only one spot. Single shots work as expected. My merc has the Psycho trait, if that's relevant.
I've tried disabling the "new" burst/auto crosshair and that doesn't seem to fix the issue. I'm using v1.13 build 7609 over JA2 Gold from Steam, on a Windows 8.1 PC.
