New release from ADR team is a small bugfix patch for Jagged Alliance I.

The 1.15 patch can be downloaded from

Dont use JA with patch below 1.13b (b is important part, not just 1.13), its really buggy (Steam & GOG sold buggy version last time i checked). 1.13b is included in this package, so it could be of usage even if you dont plan to try unofficial stuff (surely 1.13b is available elsewhere too).
