Item temperature bar doesn't use OVERHEATING_DISPLAY_JAMPERCENTAGE option, shouldn't it instead be
sValue = (INT16) (100 * GetGunOverheatDisplayPercentage( pObject) );
Currently, the game will always display jam level.
