It still does. (But now `apt` seems a bit grumpy for some reason ;-) )
It's really no big deal anyway: it's just that, as far as I can recall, previous .deb packages never had any '-dev' dependency before.

Has anyone else had severe FPS issues? I've tried all the fixes I can think of ( all the ones from 1.13, compatibility mode, setting affinity) and I'm still getting 15-18 FPS( based on what the FPS debug is saying) even out of combat.
Edit: I'm on Windows 10, I7 processor, and a crazy good GPU that shouldn't matter at all lol.

I actually figured it out just now, based off a hunch.... I used an older version of JA2 from GOG that I had, rather than the current one the GOG downloader installs, and it works fine. I actually realized that the current GOG version runs fine on Windows 10 but my older version didn't, which led me to try it.
