Hiya! Recently I wanted to use pro-edit to give my custom fem-merc the martial arts skill, mainly for the hidden less-fatigue bonuses, but I don't want her to be handicapped by not being able to use her fists. When she does so, I get the hourglass for a while and then nothing (which is to be expected, I know).

HOWEVER I was wondering on the actual reason for it being so. Does the skill for females miss coding or just animations? If it's the latter, anyone know how the animations are called? Maybe I can just swap them with the regular fist strike and call it a day?

I seem to recall this has been discussed before and the lack of animations for the female bodytype was a reason. However I don't recall if the code is already there and it's just a case of adding a new animation for the spinning backheel kick or more code is required.

I see. I would like to copy the punch animation and rename it to (female-equivalent) martial arts animation, however I have no idea which animations are which. Is there a list anywhere? I tried googling, but to no avail. The JA naming is not very intuitive and hard to guess.

I'm not aware of one, but the info must be out there somewhere. Maybe Asdow who worked on the LOBOT anims might be able to shed some light on it.
