 There's another trick to ensure that he will stay there every day Wink...

Very simple. The game works this way...

"If Tony is there on day X, he'll still be there on day X+1"-trick

- Every day at 10 AM Tony has new gear... If you go into tactical mode just before 10 AM when Tony is there (have Tony's sector loaded as the last sector before 10 AM), then he'll be there with new stuff after 10 AM... Works always... So I usually go pit-fighting with one merc, when another stays at Tony's. Loading the sector is enough I think, there doesn't have to be a merc there. (With loading I mean going to tactical).

- The game resets characters to positions whenever you load a sector. (e.g. Hans will be back in front of the door). If you reload on the same day, Hans will be in front of the door, but Tony will always still be there as he never leaves on the same day you see him.

Just make sure the yellow square on the strategic map that indicates the selected sector STAYS on Tony's sector during 9.59AM and 10AM. Works for me Wink

Same way, if Tony is not there and the sector is not "reset", then he won't show up...
