dotNetJsdEditor data fails on the English Windows (I suspect that in any other, except for Russian). To avoid this it is necessary tp remove from the program file JsdEditor.exe.config, and if it does not help, then Remove Layout.user.config. Thanks Lomolom for testing.

EDIT BY SHANGA:
IT WORKS! IT BLOODY WORKS!! I removed both config files and the editor loaded!
