The crowbar being merged into the Boxed RPG round works correctly in my clean SCI install of UC-1.13, used to test the integrity of the latest v3.04 patch after downloading it from MediaFire. It does not sound like your installed the patch correctly. Please check the in your root Jagged Alliance 2 directory that you have the following two PDF files related to the install you are describing: UC-1.13v3.04 20110225 FAQ and UC-1.13v3.0 20110127 FAQ. These two files should appear together in the root of your JA2 install if you installed first the UC-1.13v3 and then the UC-1.13v3.04 Patch over it correctly.
