Hot damn!

I just gave the mod a quick spin and it was what i expectet.
Freaking awesome!
Melee was indeed fun with the right skills, i dont miss my blood angels much now.
Otherwise i liked the bolt pistols, neat use of the basic rocket rifle anim.

However i could not get my psyker to use his powers. In your second post you said to use the F8 key to bring up the menu but it didnt work for me.
And i have to say that the power armor could be a bit more protective.
It felt weird to take damage from enemy pistols in Omerta.
Was like 2 points but still. Power armor shouldnt care about pistols, maybe about 44. and up but whatever.
I remember that the old UC mod had an armor cap which made you mostly invincible to small arms fire. Those were the days. Very Happy

I just had the bolt pistols, chainsword and powerfist to try out. Guess i have to learn how to do some editing to see the rest.
Or maybe, and thats a big maybe, you could place a crate in Omerta full of stuff to play around with.
You know, cause this is still alpha/test build. *hope*

Oh, and the powerfist could use a little beef.
While it is a insta knockout, i would prefer it to insta kill. And the chainsword could be a bit weaker to balance the melee weapons.
I dunno how flexible the system is but if melee weapons can trigger the critical animation the fist should.
Would look hella cool to punch a guy and he flys away with blood gushing.

Now, i have some ideas for traits/backgrounds but ill wait a few days before i post em.
I would rather flesh em out a bit more.

Dunno if youre aware of the game Chaos gate .
I just bring this up because IIRC the sounds could be extracted and would be perfect for this.
While stabbing with the chainsword i made the wroom sounds in my head. Very Happy
