I would suggest to use later build. I presume it was an issue related to something else, maybe fast-forward feature. But that's just a hunch.

I've improved the Martial Arts bonus behavior:
  • Now only works on short distance - the full bonus is granted from 7th tile below, and fades up towards 10th tile.
  • The full bonus is only granted when charging TOWARDS the victim. If running around or away, the bonus is halved.
  • It only applies with bare hands or blade in hands.

I have also added small adjustment to the interrupt timer calculation based on darkness. While Night Ops trait is involved. In old interrupt system, Night Ops added direct bonus to interrupt chance at night... but in IIS I've skipped this and only left indirect bonus based on vision range.
By this small adjustment, the direct bonus to interrupts at night for Night Ops trait is implemented in IIS too.

I'll send files to RoWa soon, so the fixes will show up in one of the new versions.
