Changes:
- more small *sti files, thanks to anv :wave:
all recruitable characters should have small pictures now
- switched IMP 216 and Stephen, should have been in the alpha release already
- minor corrections to eye and mouth coordinates
- 2 more *xml files included to make all changes workable, they're also for the folder "Tabledata"
Unchanged:
Confusingly, the quest talk pictures (for example Ira piping about Drassen Airport) couldn't be fixed. I don't know why they won't work properly, all coordinates are set correctly and the files have the right size *conspiracy*
