Funny, this bug is from a change in GameDir 2242 and that's over a year old. Looks like nobody ever noticed it so far. Thanks for reporting.
I fixed it in GameDir 2339. If you want to quickly fix it in your game you can download the modified Data-1.13\TableData\Items\Pockets.xml.
