@LatZee: Ah. That's intended. If we play without Individual militia, there is no way to later differentiate between Kerberus and locally trained militia, so I add a markup that's the equivalent of training cost of a militia of this type times some arbitrary time period.


I know now that it could never work between us, as much as we wanted to, it could never be! Not because you're a rabbit, but because you're black.
