I might consider starting a new game with enemies drop all, this is just brutal haha.

The Drassen mine was running at 50% the whole time, but I haven't recruited the foreman. Wasn't even enough to pay for militia upkeep. I've then recruited the foreman, then manually assigned him to the Mine, which fixed it. It was running at 100% the time he was awake. I'll probably nix the foreman penalty and just not recruit them. It also seems a bit silly that they forget how to mine efficiently when he's asleep.

Tony is my best friend now, since the mine doesn't generate enough income to hire meaningful mercs. I roam the countryside, fight baddies and sell their weapons to Tony. I've also hired Rudolf for a day, mainly for his rifle and scope since I saw a few boxes of 7.92x57mm ammo on BR.

In the process of taking over Oronegro, and just in time since the Drassen mine is starting to run out.
