Thanks, Inveris. There was indeed a hedgehog that was interfering with the wall in the top corner of the building you highlighted.

Now the only inconvenience in this map pack that I know of is that at the fight club in San Mona Spike sometimes misses from the entrance. Do not approach Darren van Hausen for fighting if Spike is not on the entrance. Come back later, after 1800 hours and Spike will be there and the Kingpin coming sequence will be unaltered.
