If you can make the way between Estoni and San Mona safe for a carrier merc (cheapo M.E.R.C. or local like dimitri or, my choice, hamous) to make the trips, you can have lots of cash b y buying& repairing cheap pistols (berretas, .38s,.45Colts or any others). Estoni is the only place where u can find a relatively steady supply of compound 18, raise mechanical,dexterity (perhaps in time levels too) and still have cash to afford idle training of agility and other skills/stats.
Also worth mentioning, the selection of items is reset every game day at 9 AM and the new selection is based on a rating, bringing together stats,skills levels of mercs and existing (equipped) items of the mercs, then generating weapons based on that "number".
