Just conquered Alma. In Alma mine tactical map began to turn blue green. It's similar to show cover and show merc vision modes except blue green and it won't go away even in load game or restart. It kept happening in Alma mine map and after that was applied to every map in the game. So in essence the entire game in tactical view became blue green and thus unplayable.
Also show airspace in strategic map has displayed several colors too from the very beginning. At first it shows the safe fly areas in red, then when clicked off it shows several colors such as blue green etc, and has to be clicked again before the view goes away. Not sure if that is part of some mod or just a visual glitch but it causes the game to crash occasionally.
I had Skyrider on his way to Alma and I gave him an order to change destination while the battle was ongoing. Afterwards everytime he dropped off his passengers everything turned blue green too.
I went back a few saves, used cheats to kill the enemies in Alma mine, gave Skyrider different orders before he flew over Alma and then continued on from there. Nothing has happened as of yet, but I am worried the bug might return. I don't know if it is related to Skyrider somehow, but using him has been glitchy and he has crashed the game several times.
*** Update. Pretty sure the problem is with Skyrider. Can't use him at all anymore. Everytime I choose him airspace map turns to yellow, purple, blue, cyan and green, with portions without any colour at all. Then whenever I try to transport anyone game crashes after a few sectors of travelling. Once I got to my destination in Alma, put my mercs on the ground and the game crashed while saving. Error message varies, but the result is always the same, straight back to the desktop. Guess I'm not using chopper this time, the campaign keeps getting harder and harder... This is on the most recent version by the way.
