 Has anyone got a opinion on best place or even the easiest place to attack the mainland after capturing the island? Just wondering if there is a best way to fight and roll up the enemy on the mainland. Its my next step in the ongoing war.

 I'd say middle (Fleatown) and expand. Bottom parts and top have some hardcore missions with huge scripted AI counterattack waves. Your first priority should be to both capture mines and intercept as many diamond shipments as you can. Those drop a suitcase worth 12k, which is a lot of cash.

 Yeah, I went to Mfumus Mine and Fleatown first, too. I have not been disappointed, expecially since you can get some premium gear in Fleatown with a little luck (or saving / loading...)
