All someone needs to do, is post on Jagzilla a feature request to have this added, include the palet file, and probably a link to this thread.

I don't really see any reason why this wouldn't be added. We enhance the graphics of everything else.

Well, this isn't a tool, it is a mini-mod that Tiger created using a pal-editor. The tool that he used should be available at JAG or in Kermi's list. And the download for Tiger's "mini-mod" I posted at esnips above, as Tiger's old links no longer work.
