hi, sevenfm i downloaded your modpack but got confused about a few things.
1. why some mods have folders (in ja2 directory) but others have zip files (in mods folder)?
2. how can i edit urban chaos ini file? why it is not seen/editable in ini editor?

Using secret passage to kill Deidranna

well, i used secret passage to surprise her but whenever i enter her palace via shelter joe stands right in the secret enterance (fireplace) and kills at least one of my mercs. tried to wait several hours and he never leaves this place. so i couldnt find any way to save my mercs. it is similar to kingpin, mike, terrorists and kingpin's hitmans (ie, enemy gets his turn after a dialogue).
can you guess who is the one killed by joe near fireplace? (it is recruitable npc)

Problems whith artillery strike

Hi again!
Tried to get an artillery support by militia located in adjacent sector. As usually radio operator used Shift+4 combination and established connection. But tehere was a message "No signal shell item found in item.xml!". The point is that there is an item #2555 in my ..\Data-AIM\TableData\Items\Explosives.xml. What have I do to fix this problem and get my artilleru support at least?

Laser Scope Range

hi guys it has been since played ja2 last time and now playing vanilla campaign again like 10th time 
this time i decided to do sth different than headshot sim. i hired fox, gave her two silenced mac10 but the thing is can not find .45 ap in the early-mid game. the joke is i found fn-fal in central sam and day is like 35th but still there is no .45 ammo anywhere. then finally found it on bobbysray but only 4 of them which is so annoying because normal bullets dont make enough dmg.
second thing i got annoyed, i thought we could use dual burst shoot? (how do you use burst as a verb?) but only we can single shoot.
anywayyyy, the question is how many tiles is laser scope's range, anyone knows?

this is just a quick shout out to the people behind DL... I finished it yesterday and boy was it tough
Due to financial mismanagement - my two squads went from 12 to 10 when Laura and Henning both refused to extend their contracts ... so after an epic battle in Meduna where I killede Elliott ... I was super chuffed to find the entrance to D's bunker
BUT when i go to enter, the game crashes...
luckily i found another route to the island - using the remote control on the statues then bingo i'm in the water swimming to shore for the end game... and two of my squad drown before they hit land and a third is pinned down in the water 
I kept thinking there was more - even after many weeks of playing this mod - sure i probably missed some stuff... but i was never in a hurry
so a shout out to the creators of this mod - it was excellent... as was vengeance reloaded...

Installing/Playing UC 1.13 on Windows10

Hello all,
I want to play Urban Chaos again the problem is, I have a newish PC running Windows 10. I am sure I was able to play it on my last machine with Windows 7 but now I need some help.
I followed the manual and used the original installer to obtain die Data-UC folder.
I downloaded the 2014 Stable 1.13 Release 7435+Update (both German version, since that is my original JA2).
I can only play the game in windowed mode (otherwise nothing happens when I click on Launch) and have to set the color depth in the JA2.exe to 16bit (that is a compatibility setting). Not ideal, but ok.
I used the pre-selected setting to start a new game. After the intro the game crashes with a Runtime Error:

I understand it expects a value other than zero for Starting Cash?
Is there a way I can change this manually?
Edit: There is no folder c:\stuff on my system? (hidden system files are shown)
I would appreciate your help, I was really looking forward to playing the game again!

So, I usually hire Buns early game because she can actually hit stuff which is nice. And as soon as I get to attacking the SAM east of Drassen I often go about it at night because they're well armed and I'm not so I want to deny them the view range.
Now Buns, as you all know, come with sunglasses.
And every fucking time I attack the SAM east of Drassen, at night, with Buns wearing sunglasses. And every time I find myself wondering why she doesn't see anyone. Every. Damn. Time.
Is it just me that never learn?

Sublevel Alma Mine

Hi Guys,
maybe very studid question but I'm unable to locate the entrance to the alma mine I14 sublevel to get rid of the crepitus queen as they keep constantly attacking the city. Any hint for me?
