Just a list of possible recognition you can look into:
For the longest time, Lisac did the item/weapon graphics for 1.13.
Wil473 is converting UC to 1.13, not his original work, but he has put in almost 2 years worth of effort to acheive the conversion in it's current state which while still a beta is very much playable and enjoyable.
Khor has not finished his mod, but has been an invaluable forum member in the past, has been extremely helpful in 1.13 since the beginning, and I beleive he did some animations for 1.13. You'd have to ask him about the animations, crouching/prone law/grenade chunking and the fallback death animation. I'm not sure if he did some or all, or if we even used the ones he did, which is why you'd need to ask him.
Shed23 wrote a Modding guide for 1.13 that covered mostly Map Editing, as well as providing a set of maps to be used with 1.13, and so did AZ, but I beleive AZ's compilation consisted of Maps from various authors.
There were also a small handfull of guys responsible for putting together a Wildfire 1.13 Hybrid along the same lines as the UC hybrid, Roman was involved with that, and I beleive is hosting the Hybrid in it's current state. I don't know all their names, but the thread is stickied in the XML Customization thread.
DBB should probably be recognized, I'd say a good 25% of 1.13 players use his item mod, and he has got to be either tied with or close to Starwalker's XML Editing abilities. Not sure what name he goes by on the forums here though.
That's as far back as my memory works though.

Nah, he needs a rifle cleaning badge, or possibly him and Headrock should both get a badge with an LBE on it Between the two of them, the entire design of NIV came about before it was really ever discussed on the forums and found a coder (might have been another designer or two in there that I forget, sorry).
