Hmm, im still in doubt on Dynamo, though i'll be testing this a bit better, he doesnt appear when Tixa is activated on map per se, Shank has in my game activated Tixa (during or after i did his quest with Jake), but upon return still no Dynamo. I'm now clearing the dungeon underneath the basement to see if that has any effect, but I fear Dynamo needs to be activated via his Alma quest.
(did try the other cells), do note that is is with 1.13 build 1080, but i cannot imagine this has been changed for that mod.

Full functionality as an RPC also has Darrell
other slots don't get the full functionality
if you want to make a full RPC, you of course also need speech, faces, npc-speech battlesounds and the like... just like other mercs
both perko and darrell will have unanimated faces at first though. changing this requires some hacking, but other than that... full functionality (like in ja2 RR which i recommend to have a look at for a blueprint when modding, where slots 73 and 74 are used for RPC characters)
