It sure has been a while.

Anyway, here is my latest picture. It's the king of explosives - Ernie "Red" Spragg!
I always have this Scot on my team. Great cynical remarks for every situation but he sure is happy when he's able to blow anything hostile to pieces.

And here is the desktop.

Another great one Cagemonkey. And welcome back Razz

I would also like a reaper one, or MD would be good too.

Brilliant! Love to see Red get his portrait done. My favourite explosives guy, outside of Fidel. Who, incidentally, could probably use a portraiture as well. Ever consider doing any of the retired mercs? I'd love to see what sort of shenanigans you could put Reuben up to. Topiary, maybe?

Another vote for Fidel. He's quite a special guy! Yes, I want to do the old mercs from JA1 and Deadly Games too. "It", "Kelly", "Boss", "Mouse", "Beth" and my personal favourite "Spike", so many great memories. When I get the time to continue with my drawings I want to portrait one from the old guard.

I drew a picture of Reuban 2 years ago. Search this part of the forum for "unusually ruthless". I drew Mike too, well he was in JA2 but as an enemy so I guess he should be considered a retiree (or how you write it).

I find it interesting that so many want to see a picture of MD. Most fan-favs are the crazy psychopaths like Fidel, Reuban and Razor. MD is just a nice guy that wouldn't steal (or eat) your girlfriend.

Thanks for the appreciation!

Since everyone seems to request his/her favorite merc once you show another of your great works I might as well throw good ol' THOR into the pot. I'd really like to see him interpreted by you!

Buzz again? I'm surprised noone has asked me to draw a new Fox with more nudity! Wink Buzz is the most pin-up like I've drawn.

Got any link to that centerfold?

Even though I try not to do like most other fan-artists and avoid drawing crappy nudes of female characters I'll think about it since you peeps ask for it from time to time. Got to come up with a nice pose and theme. I haven't drawn Spider or Mouse yet.I could do something sexy with them? Madame Layla perhaps?

Yes! I CAN draw her with Lynx head between her thighs and her wearing a tube top with "slut today, gone tomorrow" on it! She doesn't have much choice if I do! Very Happy

I think it is because MD is a likable character that most people can identify to. ( for a bit )

And because almost everyone at least signed him once on their games and in my case always becomes a deadly merc.

And also, who wouldn't want to see a semi-nerd with a Spas-15 and a medpack on his back. :rifle:

Also, damn you pervs for wanting to destroy any sense of memories with buzz.

For Germans MD is the guy with the biggest probability to be shot by the player.

Even Biff, Flo and Buns have a bigger chance to survive

Do Reaper looking into the dying, wide, open, eyes of an elite troop staring beyond. While the red flame setting sun provides a back drop and metaphor for the soldiers death.

Reaper's the baddest S.O.B in JA2, at least for me and Tao! xD
Just his personality and laid back psychotic attitude with his weird comments makes him a mainstay fave of mine. Very Happy

Honestly enough i can't remember the last time i actually signed reaper.

I freaking love the joat dude but i either don't want him because he is too good. Or i never get far enough in the game to be able to sign him.

In all, the last one applies to all my games Razz

Man, I was missing those pics.(Just made a quick review to make sure I haven't missed any).
So your latest work's got quite some details(even the vest pouches look 3D and full of stuff(more grenades?!!?!?)) which is awesome.

Liked the reddish tone, especially the mix between the EXPLOJAN in the background and the name(cool font choice too btw).

Thanks! The level of details in the portraits is just something that's added over time as. For me it wasn't a consious choice.
