New version for 1.13?

Always wanted to add prisoners from Tixa and Maria to my team.

Now I find PCM, but is a very old version.

Someone still work on this?

I have several half made mods, trying the same: add more ppl, but the game crashes a lot. Maybe with some instructions I can add myself.

Dynamo and Shank always were, Gordon would need totally new speechfiles since he simply says not enough to "tailor" something.

Thanks for answer.

Speeches no problem, made some years ago, just need remember inside what cd is that old backup.
Have speech for Maria, Gordon and Warden, maybe more, dont remember.
Edit Maria, give her a body and faction, and recruit chance too.
Same for Gordon.
Game just crash for lots things, like crouch, see enemy or try shoot.
But now I see someone solve all that, and want learn myself or know if still wip that PCM.
Sorry my english.

The soundguru (speech) is Logisteric. (awol since 4 days).

I reuse the original voices, Maria talk enough to give all needed speeches, not my finest job but work. In Gordon replace voices with another merc.
I dont really suffer for the voices, I find them annoying after few days of play.
Share is ok, but the work dont have high standards, was just for personal use.
I try making the voices myself but the result was horrible. Others are from some Morrowind or Wizardry 8 mod, same for new faces.

I think I can only upload the reused ones because I dont ask permission to the modders.

You use PCM or add Gordon yourself?
If your add yourself please explain how, I m trying a more RPG version and cant recruit people.
Dont want hack exe, I already test to add NPC to AIM and they can be used, I m sure there is a way to recruit them.

@ free: Gordon is not part of an "official" PCM(+) version, but I would add him when I had a suitable voice pack for him.

Concerning your modding plans I would advise you to read the NPC scripting guide by The_Scorpion and make use of one of the existing NPC editors you can find here for example.

Nop, no luck.
After I use the NPC and EDT 88 , Maria, from PCM I just recruit her like magic.

I try read the NPC file from PCM with the tools, I try copy part to the others NPC and nothing, cannot recruit anybody.

I finally think my project dont fit well in the engine.

Example:
Maria found POW area, she explain is brother was executed. But now, with PCM she just join automatically at end of is quest.

Example 2: Gordon join if: Tixa free and healed with regen-boost.
Now: He just do nothing, doing regen-bost on him need lot work, at this time I m just happy if he just join

3: Tina: Condition: Gordon free.
Actually: Condition not programed in tool, just happy if she join, but she dont.

4: Warden: Condition: Doreen as conscience. Doreen in party.
Actually: NOPE, no. Cant recruit her and Warden want me dead.

5: Doreen. She just leave, maybe I can use PCM Maria with her, something like "if she touch tile xx she join"

6: Madlab. same as above.

Roleplay and or Interaction between NPC is a nightmare. I already quit about put that in game.
But the other idea, the original is: You dont left the freedom of your country to some mercs, for that my interest in put Arulco people into the fight.

I dont care about voices, found them anoying after a while anyway.

But want the EDT/NPC from:

102, 103, 129, 146.

Or what I doing wrong, because they dont join.
Dont understand what the PCM moder do to 88 to make her join, I try and dont work for me.

I m using: NPC 1.0.48

Edit: Doreen (139) solved using (tile #) trick.
Edit2: Only Tina (129) and Madlab (146) resist!! Need some faces.
Edit3: Only Madlab(146) left. And because I dont know how to summon him.


Disaster. Doreen cause vendors not show inventory.
I resize the pics with irfan and game sometimes crash saying something about graphics, I m using oversized pics, this stop crashes.
The files with ext. EDT are maybe more important than I think because few times games crash and logs say something about missing file, example: Doreen see a item, game crash, but not always.

Edit4: Gordon and Warden cause vendors not show inventory too Razz
