After good time playing with the higher difficulties it seems the mobile militia has a overcoming hurry to split up
when there is more than 1 enemy squad nearby and (the most usual spot to happen is grimm which is assaulted troops from meduna
about once every 2 turns) which results like an suecide everytime as 10 or less militia goes vs 20+ enemy veterans and higher
( playing with 25 troops per square per side mostly) and you just endup losing 2-6k per round while barely keeping up defence for the town and mine.

so is there a external code for this split-up so the militia would behave bit more resonable or just have to gather good half million to keep up the grims defence up with couple mercs while rest are running to meduna by the right side.... ?

I do not have much experience with mobile militia, but you could try the following (if you have restricted dynamic roaming enabled in ini):

Change to mobile militia roaming view in strategical.
Right-click the sector your militia is in to yellow (=milita may move into but not out of this sector).
Right-click the adjacent sectors (those you do not want to be attacked by the split up militia) to red (= militia must not move there).
Thus the gathered mobile militia squads should sit and wait in their current sector to be attacked by enemy.
