How do you do this, especially into combat zones? When you move your mercs to the edge of the map, the option given is to MOVE THE SQUAD, not move every marc.

This is especially important for:

(1) Fighting Crepitus
(2) Assaults on Tixa and Orta underground
(3) An endgame assault through the Meduna underground to the palace

On exiting the map with a selected merc you are prompted what to do. When moving a whole squad, uncheck the "go to next sector" (or similar). That results in the squad's mercs leaving the map but the current map remains active. You can now repeat the move-to-sector's-edge-and-leave-thingie on the next squad.
