Maybe any 1 can help me.
1) What should I do to make my IMP character (or any other) to become first in the tactical screen (i mean to be selected with F1 button) if at the moment he is always second (F2 button).
2) Is it possible to change equipment in hands by pressing any hotkey? (i mean change binoculars with throwing knife and back) I know that I can make a right click, but would prefer a keyboard hotkey.
3) Is it also possible to make my merc to equip binoculars (or any other item) with hotkey?

 1) Afaik that is somehow randomly decided by the game, I don't know of any method to affect that.
2) + 3) I do' think that is possible. I think there is some hotkey that switches your weapon with one in the sling position if possible, but that's about it.

1) The first merc you get is at F1 button. So make your IMP before getting mercs from AIM or MERC.

2) AFAIK only thing you can do with hotkeys is swapping your gun in hand with the gun in sling slot by pressing "SHIFT + K"

3) I don't think it's possible but maybe with some ugly xml work (change item sizes to make binoculars fit in sling slot or making binoculars a face item, ugg seriously ugly)

I found a way to rearrange mercs. you should right-click on any merc and assigh it to any duty and he will disappear from the panel. If you assigh him again to the squad, he will appear last in the order. This way you can rearrange mercs as you like.
