Maddog has been the core part of my squad for several years now.
"Every once in a while, i have to cut my own hair out. I don't know why, but it grows back"
But i cant seam to find him on AR.
In what sector is he in? which house?

JAsmineSgt YorkJAsmine, I've started my second game (now using v1.2) and decided to really follow your live-off-the-land plan. I decided to bypass my usual San Mona-Chitzena-Grumm-Cambria-etc approach and instead try a route through Aldea (get Mad Dog, $$$)-K15 SAM (reinforcements)-Hummer-Balime (live off $5000/day from Franz) and go from there.
I've taken Aldea, got the loot, built militia and fought 1 invasion, but so far no Mad Dog. My progress is only 15/12. Do I have to increase this so Mad Dog will show up? If yes, how much? If he'll eventually make an appearance, I'll hang around. If not, I'll move along. Or is there some other problem?

Arulco Revisited changes the "base sector" for two characters: Maddog and Pablo.
Maddog orig.: I6, AR: G11
Pablo orig.: B13, AR: H6
If either Maddog or Pablo isn't in the AR location, there is something wrong with the way AR is set up.
But first of all you must make sure if they're really not there: Maddog hangs out in front of or inside the house next to the junkyard. You might want to cheat [alt+e] to see if he's there or not.
If Maddog is not there make sure, that the following file is present:
.\data-ar\tabledata\mercprofiles.xml
