Bit of a specific one this.

Can anyone tell me if the % character is possible to be written in a character's EDT file? And if so, how is this done?

At the moment I have an NPC who requires % in his lines, and I don't have the room to type percent, simply typing % acts strangely in game, is there any special keyboard stroke I need to add to get this to appear correctly?

I tried using two %%, but nothing appeared, which is a slight improvement over all the weird extra characters I was getting with just one %. Any guesses?

We had the same issue with xml data. It.appears the game just doesn't like % in external data.

Damn, looks like I'll just have to fudge it in the edt, as I've only got three characters spare!

Gave that one a go, but it just shows those exact characters in game. Thanks anyway.

Lucky for me I've been able to shorten the edt, but it would have been good to know if % was a usable character.

Hi,
To % in EDT XML files, you must to write %%%% (to see screen.)
For example:
