Which archive file type do people here prefer?[message #330753]

Quick question, which archive file type do people here prefer. I assume 7zip (.7z). I was uploading RAR5 archives before today because of the BLAKE2 imbedded checksums and recovery record feature. I recently found out that 7zip could not read or extract files form such archives.

Yes, if you want to share something with this community, we pretty much conditioned them on 7z with a small helping of plain zip and rar.
