Pretty much your above list, plus the Commandos series (recently found a great bundle and got the entire series on Steam for an outrageously small price). Also Silent Storm was a thrill, but was terminated before it could become iconic.

There is a disturbing lack of Masters in your list, mainly Master of Magic and Master of Orion (1 or 2, take your pick).

Agree, another turn-based classics
Personally prefer the magic one with all these troops from different races and animals, heroes and magic around the map.
Mentioning heroes of course we miss Heroes of Might and Magic especially 3 with all the expansions. Awesome!
Many hours spend on this as well.
In the end we could build together the master list of iconic games.
Then we need to find a good rock and scratch it there.
Of course we will have a launch and will be making some photos.
