Alright, so I generally consider OCTH to be too accurate ('Cause seriously guys, what kind of goddamn mercenary can make consistent Headshots with a pistol from a hundred meters?), but I also often heard about NCTH's unreliability and complete lack of accuracy, so I was asking myself two questions :
1. Did NCTH get better?
2. Let's say I like both chaotic, guns-blazing-all-around and stealthy, precise battles, which system would be the best?

NCtH has been massively re-worked something like 18 months ago.
It has become incredibly much easier to hit to the point it has even become a bit too easy for my taste IMHO.
But don't get me wrong, Old NCtH was completly unreliable and almost impossible to play without scopes so it is a huge improvement.
Especially since you can easily customize it in the CtH.ini.
Only one flaw remain now : the more agility you have the more it cost you to burst/auto fire (but not by big amount so it's minor issue IMO)
I played OCtH and it's easier to hit but i don't know how it manage scope. If scopes are well balanced in OCtH i will not recommand switching to NCtH, at least without editing scope values :
While scope are no more mandatory in NCtH to hit someone, there are far too powerful and need a huge nerf.
