Version: 0.0.6 Alpha 1
Download: here
Requires: Adobe AIR

Description:
This tool allows you to convert JPG/PNG/GIF files to single page 8bit (or 16bit) STIs via drag'n'drop. Drop the file to be converted onto the app. The converter automatically creates the palette and saves the file as STI the same folder. Instead of auto palette creation you can also choose a palette to use. Just take a look at it, should be pretty self-explanatory. If you have questions, feel free to ask.

You can zoom in/out with your mouse wheel. Zoom levels above 350% show a pixel grid over the rendered STI. The gray guides mark the image borders.

Changelog:
v0.0.6
- Added a bunch of palettes that can be used for conversion (instead of automatic palette creation) or to replace the generated palette afterwards.
- You can add your own palettes: drop them into the directory "palettes" of the install folder - restart the app - done.

v0.0.5
- Added 16bit STI support

v0.0.4
- You can now drop multiple files for conversion (single-page only at the moment)

v0.0.3
- Added GIF support

v0.0.2
- Added icons

v0.0.1
- Initial alpha release

Any tips on getting this to work? The .air files are all corrupted according to AdobeAir. Would someone post an .exe, .zip, .rar, and or .7z version?

I don't think I'll be improving this tool anymore. I've written the conversion algorithm from scratch and ended up with this tool.
