  • Ruger Mini-30 don't accept EBR stock kit;
  • Removing EBR stock kit from the AC-556 make the EBR disappear into nowhere.

I'm running an old version, probably earlier than your post date and hit this same problem. After running the two around the airport I got them to trigger their exit speech. It's on that aircraft parking spot to the right of the airport terminal.

urgh... thought I fixed that speechless seems persistent... will have to look into that again at some point


I'm running an old build and hit this. After running the poor couple around the airport for some time I finally found the trigger spot.

1. Bug report: In Sector A9 Omerta, a new merc arrives via helicopter. However, I cannot see him and cannot move him.
2. The saved game, Ja2_Options.INI, and a screenshot have been uploaded to drop box:

I have a request. I downloaded the previous versions of AIMNAS without problems.
Now I can not download the latest version from GitHub (17 Sep). The Clone or download button does not respond. I also have a message: Please note that GitHub no longer supports your web browser.
Please help (other place with AIMNAS or other effective solution to the problem).

Many thanks to all those who make new features for Jagged Alliance 2.

New mod + new map (JA2 map with Drassen, Omerta, Cambria etc, edited or not-it has been repeatedly ) with large sectors + two additional levels + a lot of new tileset + moving vehicles = fun for months, years. Fun with creation, fun playing this mod.

For the time being I do not plan to convert WinXP. And it is probably better for JA2 - less problems.

I did not find anything about, but why the shots cant penetrate soldiers bodys? I tried many rounds and no single bullet goes thru body not sure

Most of rifle calibre belt feed machine guns don't use larger than 100rd belt in box when in advance. Bigger boxes than those are to bulky and heavy, those are used with trippd mainly. PK family in game use 200 rd box that can't be even attached to gun in real life.



In order to improve his communication with comrades, Szczelec has enrolled in an "English as a second language" course.

1. I figured out what has been causing this freeze, but I am not a coder, so I don't know how to fix it. In AIMNAS, anytime we uncover a General (VIP), the game freezes. Hello guys. First of all congratulations for the great work. Now i am playing
Ja2 gold + sci 8468 game dir 2385 + latest Aimnas + build 8473 on
Windows 10. I came across three major problems for now:
1. Father Walker wont take the wine and wont reveal what happens
with the dead bodies. He says "i have no need for possessions".
I chose sci-fi method and enabled Crepitus in the .ini. what am i doing wrong??
2. I cant enter San Mona mines. So i cant take Kingpin's money.
On the entrance of the abandoned mine gives me a big red X. So how do
i get down there?
3. When i give the deed of Angel's shop to the blond guy in San Mona, he
thanks me first and says he ll give me everything he has, but never
moves and the game remains on loading forever.
How do i resolve these issues?? Thanks in advance.

Most quests are broken. Kyle's money is in one of the cases in his store, you don't need to give him a deed.
About 2:
AFAIK most of underground sectors are not ready yet.

Playing 8212 build gamedir 2321 and have some bugs:
1. Mobile militia trained in sector B2 disappears if begins to move
2. Sector E16 is unreachable, but has garrison and buildings
3. 'Detonator - timed' item have no 'electronic' property
4. Colt M16A2 do not have auto-fire mode
5. if all city sectors are have max allowed militia, prisoners joined militia can only be disbanded to allow militia redistribution
6. Assertion failure in Squads.cpp line 450
Select one merc sitting in vehicle with several mercs and press plot destination route in "Move Mercs" pop-up menu
7. Mercs what have 'might steal items' property in their bios, begin to steal items even if they DO NOT reach Arulco (have 'In Trans' assignment)
8. Assertion failure in prebattle_interface.cpp line 2017 if a car with more than 6 mercs arriving in a sector with enemy
9. Some glitches in dynamic opinions:
- Dead merc say THANKS for saving his life, when other merc kills soldier which killed first merc
- Talking Jeep - I saw it answering to other mercs
10. Possible tactical AI bug:
Some soldiers are "freezed" on light sources at night if they come up to it, and stay there until next turn. They just standing, not looking around or changing their stance. When attacked or see mercs, they begin to shoot or change stance but not move
11. Militia often shoots enemies in legs what results in their very poor CTH
12. Cover view and mercenary view display functions is continuously turning on-off and spamming to the game log when pressing and holding DEL or END, and game may freeze if these keys is pressed for ~3-5 sec

4. Colt M16A2 do not have auto-fire mode

Real life M16A2 doesn't have full auto mode.
Attach 2,3,4 round trigger grip and give this weapon to psycho mercs. They'll have both benefit of psycho trait (when triggered) but won't spend more rounds/AP than grip allows.
