Ive seen a text file in folder with following info:
"You can find additional 1.13 Documents (Modding-Examples, Tools, ...) which are useful for 1.13 Modders in the following SVN Location:
https://ja2svn.dyndns.org/source/ja2/trunk/Documents"

Any mirror for that link, or backup? I would like to read some documentation about some variables and modifiers.

The domain for the svn changes every couple years, currently it's https://ja2svn.mooo.com/source/ so change any links you come across accordingly.
