When I try to run the game in full screen, the mouse is very choppy and the screen takes a long time to pan in real time mode. The bullets take forever to hit in combat. When I run it in windowed mode it works just fine. I really want to run it in fullscreen because I have a 4k monitor and would rather just play at 1024x768. VSync is turned off. Freesync is turned off. I tried running it compatability mode for windows 7 and 16 bit colors. I've tried setting my resolution to 1024x768 and running it fullscreen and the issue still persists.
Here are my system specs.
Windows 10
Amd FX 8370
Vega 64
16 GB Ram
All drivers and updates installed.
Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing it and how I can fix it?
