I'm sure this has been asked before but I couldn't see anything when I did a quick search.

Is the maximum number of mercs (32) definable in the ini file hard-coded?

I could've sworn i've played a version of 1.13 or another mod where it was possible to have more than this number..

The 32 limit is hard-coded.
