From what I read here in the forum you can hunt down Kingpins bounty hunters and save them. I think that part is bugged in my game [Rev 8776]
Instead I found Angel and Maria in one of the marked sectors, so what do I need to do to turn in the quest with Kingpin?
Damon doesnt let me in, the heads are no proof, killing them doesnt seem to be enough

Okay, killing them doesn't require any proof, just waitingn for a couple hours ingame time resolves the quest and automatically gets you the reward. Contact to Kingpin still has to be established thru the box ring though.

Because that one is required to actually spawn the bounty hunters...
Solving the task the good way requires that INI flag to be set, so make sure your this is set with your game! Thanks @Flugente for clearing that up
