You need to start new game, and change colors in the right folder.
Also I think VR has a tweaked non-standard palette, so it may be the cause also.

yep i know, i didn't missed any of this conditions, can change colours to green or blue, but setting yellow in xml will look like black in da game

The game locks up when I bring Maria to Angel in San Mona. He gives me the leather jacket and when I close the dialog window I get the eternal stop watch. Updated to latest version.

EDIT: well, strangely enough after posting this bug it has disappeared. Although I tried several times before. Now Angel gives me the jacket, the dialog closes and he walks off automatically. However Maria is still in my team. I guess it can't hurt to have a sex slave as company.

Angel in San Mona after being given 950$ tells me jacket will serve me well and I didn't get any jacket from him

Two questions:
-SKS PU: So I just picked one up off an enemy and noticed that it just gives +1 to accuracy and -1 to reading but I don't see any magnification. Is the weapon supposed to have some sort of magnification?

-Radio: Is the radio supposed to turn off after every battle? I've noticed I have to keep enabling the jam communications function.

I'll take a look. It would make sense that the PU provides some magnification, though will have to check that doesn't remain should you remove the scope when merging with other items.

The Radio hasn't been touched as far as I know from Flugente's original feature in 1.13 but it's also a feature I don't use much. I'd maybe check his posts first in the Workshop.

I have noticed that there is a notification after battles end saying that the radio was shut off. I'm curious if its a new function?

Also, I just realized that AI turns aren't fast forwarding. I have the option checked and I've made sure the vengenance ini file has the correct settings. It might be a good idea to check this out.

I am not sure if this counts as a bug but i'll mention it just in case. I am doing the sector where the sergeant, the general and Conrad are hanging out. As soon as i've killed the first enemy at the gate to the south,to the far north there is an explosion, it's the sergeant and he gets wounded. When i finally get to him - unlike vanilla - he is wounded but not bleeding out. However, once i spare him he walks to where the locker with the special rifle is supposed to be, only there is no locker since the whole wall has been destroyed with the explosion, resulting in the endless stopwatch. I know about the locker from my previous playthrough. I didn't do a hard save when i entered the sector so now i cannot restart my raid. it's ok, i never use those rifles anyway

This has been bothering me since vanilla. Why can't he just sit quietly, waiting for the allies to arrive, instead of playing with explosives ? Why does he have to explode his ass off and destroy walls and lockers ?? Or, you could move the locker to another room, a bit down some corridor, away from the point of the explosion. That would simlify things.
